Registration Types

  • Medical Professionals: Includes Physicians, Physician Assistants (PAs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Registered Nurses (RNs).

  • Aestheticians/Estheticians: For licensed Estheticians and Aesthetician professionals

  • Esthetician Track-Day Pass: Includes a 1-day pass for Esthetician Track on Saturday, September 6th only! Access to the general session and Exhibit hall for Saturday only.

  • Office Staff: Staff members or assistants working in Medical Spas or Dermatology Offices (non-healthcare providers).

  • Industry Professionals: individuals working in the skincare, beauty, and wellness industry (including product manufacturers, marketers, and suppliers).

  • Residents/Medical Students: Must be a current resident/fellow or medical student. Verification of Resident/Fellow/Trainee Status is required when registering. You will be required to upload a letter from your program director or the school registrar validating your enrollment, including the expected completion year. 

  • Esthetician Student: Students currently enrolled in esthetician programs. Verification of your enrollment status is required when registering. You will be required to upload a letter form your program director validating your enrollment, including the expected completion year.

What’s Included with Your Registration Fee

All registration types (*except the 1-Day Pass) come with a 3-day access pass to the summit. Here's what is included:

  • Access to Educational Sessions: Participate in a wide range of learning opportunities throughout the summit.

  • Access to the Exhibit Hall: Explore the latest products and innovations in the skincare and beauty industry.

  • Industry-Supported Product Theaters & Special Events: Attend product demonstrations and exclusive events supported by industry leaders.

  • Swag Bag: Receive a complimentary swag bag upon check-in at the SSS registration desk.

  • Meals: Enjoy breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Saturday, breaks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and a welcome reception on Friday evening.

  • CME/CE Credit: Earn Continuing Medical Education (CME) or Continuing Education (CE) credit for the sessions you attend for eligible attendees.

Cancellation Policy: Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. A written notice of cancellation must be received by August 6, 2025. Cancellations made prior to August 6, 2025, will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made on or after August 6, 2025, are non-refundable.

Communication, Confirmation and Receipts: You must provide a valid email address when you register online to receive a confirmation/receipt. Communications regarding event updates will only be made via email. Please remember to check your spam/junk box for confirmation emails and receipts.
